I have always been very insecure about my weight, but with a enough hard work, I am not as bad. Over the past 2 years I have lost 56 pounds and I feel amazing. Although during the two years my weight did go up or down but I am proud of what I have accomplished so far and I have 30 more pounds to lose before I am at my goal weight, but with hard work and dedication it will happen, just like it has over the 2 years.
